Homeward - Project Homeless Connect

Description:

Project Homeless Connect is a one day, one stop event where individuals experiencing homelessness can connect to benefits, medical care, substance abuse and mental health counseling, and a variety of social services which can help lead to pathways to housing and self sufficiency. Volunteers are needed to help in many capacities -- greeters, intake volunteers, serve as "navigators," help with food service, discharge, and street outreach. Optional training will be provided beforehand, and same-day training will be provided on the day of the event. Come help our homeless neighbors! Attire: comfortable clothes
