Description:
Easter Seals UCP Virginia provides programs and services for people with
disabilities and special needs. Planning committee members are needed for our annual fundraiser, Walk With Me, which usually happens the third week in May. Committee members are expected to attend monthly event planning meetings and have a willingness to participate in the following:
- Corporate Sponsor Recruitment
Team Recruitment (we ask that each Committee Member commit to having their own Walk team and signing up at least ten participants on their team)
- Logistical Planning for day of event
- Promote the event by distributing materials provided by Easter Seals UCP Virginia
Minimum age to volunteer: 18
